BCA supports skills development with a new appointment
BCA has appointed Chris Isaac as Learning and Development Manager to support the development of skills across the business.
Mr Isaac brings a wealth of experience from the hospitality and travel industry to the new role. He will be responsible for driving skills and development across all BCA operations including remarketing, logistics, vehicle services, fleet solutions and automotive.
Chris Isaac commented: “BCA is committed to building effectiveness and efficiency across the business through training and development and I am delighted to be joining the company at such an exciting time. BCA continues to develop its apprenticeship scheme and national graduate recruitment and training programme to create a pool of talent to become future leaders within the business.
Chris Isaac is based at BCA’s new training and development centre located at BCA Bedford.
